YOUR BED AND BREAKFAST

We are a family owned and operated Bed and Breakfast! Every single one of our clients is tailored to and approached with passion and extra care! I could care less what to write here but i have to because this is an assesment requirement so there we go!

WHY CHOOSE US?

The Safespace Bed and Breakfast is the only truly-family owned B&B where we have created a relaxed and homely feel in every one of our sites. Beautifully modernised and upgraded to a high standard, keeping as many original features as possible.

All 7 rooms are en-suite with a range of bed configurations from single to family rooms. Two of our rooms are located on the ground floor for people less able for stairs. We have a beautiful garden for you to sit in on the warm days and a guest lounge with open fire on the cold days.

Here there are home bakes and homemade Scottish tablet with various teas and a coffee machine for you to help yourself.
